★★★★★ We are delighted with the school. My son made friends right away, even though he was coming from a private school and knew nobody. The program is rigorous, they have a great selection of foreign language classes at high levels, plenty of honor classes and we are very happy with the teachers and the incredibly friendly administration.

We also offer a Work Experience program that encourages students to develop career-related experience and skills by completing internships or working while receiving high school credit.
★★★★★ They both love their school and I find that they are having an enriching high school experience. LCC has so many wonderful clubs and extracurricular activities to get involved in which I think is important. I’ve also noticed that the teachers go above and beyond to help and encourage the students and that is so refreshing! Very proud to say my sons go to this fantastic school!

Personal development is enriched and balanced through school day programs and after school enrichment opportunities in the visual and performing arts, science and technology, personal development, physical fitness and athletic programs.
★★★★★ The school is amazing! The children are very happy and highly motivated. It is a very nurturing and warm environment and the Montessori Curriculum is a very nice child appropriate program. The Campus is very clean and is embedded in nature, the classrooms feel welcoming, very tidy and offer the kids such great variety to learn with the Montessori materials. The principle and the staff is also excellent, I could not be happier with having found this Gem of school.
The Rhodes School
The Rhoades School supports the development of academically advanced, productive, creative, and socially adept students in grades K-8. Students are challenged with a rigorous curriculum, a supportive peer group, and suitable guidance in an encouraging and thoughtful manner. We seek to establish in each student the singular love of learning for its own sake.
★★★★★ Our 2 girls attended Rhoades, and both had a great experience. Teachers were caring, thoughtful and engaging. Parents were very involved and supportive. Our experience with administration was also very positive. Some of the comments about tuition and diversity are not unique to Rhoades, and would be true of almost all private schools. We would recommend Rhoades to anyone considering a private school education for their kids in the north SD area.
Saint John Catholic School

★★★★★ Love this school! They are constantly working on improving the campus, curriculum and overall experience. Nice families with good core values. The size of the school is nice as it is not to big, nor is it too small. The administration is hands on and addresses behavior issues quickly and efficiently. This is for the well rounded child and for those seeking a family environment.

★★★★★ We came from an excellent public school and this is my child’s first year at PRS. We are beyond impressed and ecstatic at the teacher involvement, and how the school has every little item figured out. The school assigns an adviser to check your child’s homework weekly. It is an amazing school. My child’s behavior is so proper and polite now and they are studying very hard. We’re very happy there and look forward to many years with the new school.
